A University of Malta graduate in Environmental Health Science in 1996, Reuben started working in enforcement at the Ministry of Health, Malta while proceeding his studies in a Bachelors with Honours in the same subject. While reading the B.Sc. (Hon) Env. Health great interest evolved in Anti-Microbial Agents in the Food Industry. In 2005, Reuben graduated in a Master’s degree in Environmental Health specialising in Authenticity in Maltese Olive Oil. To date a lecturer in Environmental Health at the University of Malta himself.
After, 22 years in enforcement and 15 years in education, it was time to move on and venture this exciting venture to initiate this company and contribute towards better food hygiene and food safety.
